Since we conceived the idea during the pandemic, you can imagine the lack of availability of people but also materials. Paul was incredibly responsive and resourceful during the initial phase of the design of our vision so that we could meet our timelines. We managed to collaborate quite nicely on the overall scope and design that encompassed sourcing a wood timber pavilion from Pennsylvania, hardscapes, kitchen, fireplace, fire pit, bocce court turf delivered from Arizona into our cul-de-sac, and a wood-fired oven from France that required assembly. His team managed not only the general build (from permitting to as-built plans) but also the electrical, plumbing, landscape lighting, audio/visual, masonry, zoning guidelines on infiltration systems, and landscaping/sodding/tree selection and planting. He was extremely flexible, and professional, and delivered on what he promised. I highly recommend Ispini to those who want a top-notch partner to collaborate with on their backyard dream".
